This summer, the Pay Transparency Act became law. But shining a light on wage gaps isn't enough. We need to close them.

New Brunswick could soon extend pay equity to the private and care sectors. It could change the lives of thousands of workers, mostly women, who would be paid for what their work is truly worth.

We're pushing to get this done by 2027, and the clock is ticking.
